Forever Paper has a 2 paper system that is perfectly matched for LED -Printers with White Toner. A-Foil is classified as the transfer media on which you print your design or image. While B-Paper LowTemp is the special coating of the B-Paper develops its adhesive power starting at 100°C, allowing a variety of different materials or surfaces to be transfer printed.

The Process:

1. TRANSFER B-PAPER TO A-FOIL

HEAT PRESS MACHINE SETTINGS

90 – 120 seconds

PEELING:

• HOT PEEL in a SLOW, LOW & FLUID MOTION.
• Cut around your design to remove the coating frame caused by
• B-Paper LowTemp.

2. TRANSFER TO Substrates

• Places your Shirt on the hot plate area
• Fix the transfer by taping the corners of the A-Foil with Heat Resistant Tape.
• Remove the A-Foil after it is completely cold.

Pressing the A-Foil & T-Shirt etc.

Polyester 120 - 130°C | 248 - 266°F

Blend Fabric 140 - 150°C | 285 - 305°F
